Bund18於1923年建造，佔地約1755平方米，建築面積約為1萬平方米，樓高5層，由英國公和洋行設計，原為麥加利銀行，為英國渣打銀行於中國之本部，後改名為春江大樓，為文藝復興時期建築風格。現為上海市政府列為市級保護建築。
歷史 / 20年代
1893年麥加利銀行﹝現譯渣打銀行﹞以16,000英鎊向麗如銀行清理人員買進大樓所在地及地上建築物。1920年3月由英國Palmers & Turner Architects進行建築設計，英國Trollope & Collins Limited進行結構設計；並於該年8月提出建造申請。原建築物分為前、後兩棟。前樓興建於1923年，為現今之Bund 18大樓；後樓興建於1938年，已於1994年拆除，為現在黃浦房地產公司之外灘國際商城所在。
歷史 / 50年代
1923年至1955年，大樓的業主與使用者為麥加利銀行。於1955年此大樓轉讓給大華企業公司後，此大樓歷經多任不同單位之使用。
歷史 / 80年代
在2003年之前最後一任的使用單位為上海市家用紡織品進出口公司、上海市機電設備總公司、中波輪船股份公司、上海水產總公司…等。各任單位在使用時，各因功能需要，對大樓進行了不同程度的改建，將大空間樓層分隔成小間辦公室、並在一層與二層增加夾層、屋面增
加簡易活動房等。
歷史/ 2004
上海珩意房地產經營有限公司由2003年初開展Bund 18大樓的改建工程，於2004年11月試營運。改建完成Bund18大樓為集合購物、商務、餐飲為一體的綜合性商業樓。
