Bund18于1923年建造，占地约1755平方米，建筑面积约为1万平方米，楼高5层，由英国公和洋行设计，原为麦加利银行，为英国渣打银行于中国之本部，后改名为春江大楼，为文艺复兴时期建筑风格。现为上海市政府列为市级保护建筑。
历史 / 20年代
1893年麦加利银行﹝现译渣打银行﹞以16,000英镑向丽如银行清理人员买进大楼所在地及地上建筑物。1920年3月由英国Palmers & Turner Architects进行建筑设计，英国Trollope & Collins Limited进行结构设计；并于该年8月提出建造申请。原建筑物分为前、后两栋。前楼兴建于1923年，为现今之Bund 18大楼；后楼兴建于1938年，已于1994年拆除，为现在黄浦房地产公司之外滩国际商城所在。
历史 / 50年代
1923年至1955年，大楼的业主与使用者为麦加利银行。于1955年此大楼转让给大华企业公司后，此大楼历经多任不同单位之使用。
历史 / 80年代
在2003年之前最后一任的使用单位为上海市家用纺织品进出口公司、上海市机电设备总公司、中波轮船股份公司、上海水产总公司…等。各任单位在使用时，各因功能需要，对大楼进行了不同程度的改建，将大空间楼层分隔成小间办公室、并在一层与二层增加夹层、屋面增
加简易活动房等。

上海珩意房地产经营有限公司由2003年初开展Bund 18大楼的改建工程，于2004年11月试营运。改建完成Bund18大楼为集合购物、商务、餐饮为一体的综合性商业楼。
